During the week we were visited at the Concepción and Santiago offices by Marcello Lacerda, Commercial and Administrative Manager in Brazil, who after his experience in international companies in Brazil, working in multidisciplinary teams and customer service, today takes on a personal and professional challenge. starting this new cycle with great responsibility.
For Raúl Burgos, General Manager of Bursán Empresas , the decision to expand is due to “recognizing the development and good results in Chile, for 15 years, taking this experience and starting in other countries is part of a great challenge.” And it is precisely what it tells us about the challenges and objectives of Bursán in Brazil; “Contribute to Brazilian companies in their management, delivering a reliable service with a guarantee of satisfaction. Supporting us at first with our technical and human implementation in Chile”.
Why Brazil? Raúl tells us: “We decided and went to Sao Paulo because it is the economic capital of South America, after consolidating Bursán Brasil, our work plan includes opening the company in Bolivia, Peru, Costa Rica and Panama. And so, we don’t set ourselves a limit, when you already have the “know how” that has given you success, you just have to replicate it”.
Marcello Lacerda is very clear about Bursán ‘s objectives in Brazil, and that is “to become a strong company that provides excellent services to its clients, seeking to exceed their expectations and retain them. Always looking to improve and adapt to the needs of its customers”. He also tells us about the projection of this internationalization, indicating that “it is an important step for the growth of the company that will enter one of the largest markets in Latin America, taking it to another level. We will surely be very successful in São Paulo, which will open the doors to other cities in Brazil, so that we can continue to grow and become a leading company in Latin America.”
