Bursan Empresas, offers a food of exceptional quality, healthy and safe, with a cordial attention, especially aimed at collaborators from all areas of a company.
This area is directed by Nutritionists and Chef de Cuisine with professional degrees in traditional and international gastronomy, great experience in collective food and casino concessions. Our handlers have also been trained in hygiene and food handling courses at the Inacap Institute.
Casino concession
We produce and serve food to companies in their own facilities, where Bursan is responsible for implementing everything necessary to do a good job according to a Concession contract, these casinos are attended by our manipulators 24 hours a day.
Distribution of snacks
We have adequate vehicles for the delivery of snacks without the risk of contamination of any kind, disposable feather plates (or kettles) are used that are transported in isothermal maintainers (CAMBRO) that allows to maintain the temperature of the food both hot or cold by a long time of 4 hours.
How do we operate?
Every Friday of each week, two menus plus a hypocaloric one are sent to our clients via email, which consist of: main course, salads, a soft drink and a dessert with the aim that they choose their menu for the following week.
